Cambridge House Apartments is a family owned and operated complex. The owners are on site most every day. The friendly staff is always available to help with most any situation that may arise. The safety and well being of our tenants is paramount. We strive to make your stay with us a positive experience. We put the coffee pot on everyday we’re open for our tenants and keep the candy jar full!

We have a staff of maintenance personnel that live on-site, making our facility clean, well-maintained and a safe environment. When our tenants require maintenance in their apartments, they simply fill out a request form at our front office and service is completed promptly!

Cambridge House Apartments are all spacious 2 bedroom, 700 square foot apartments. Each bedroom is identical in size with large closets. The bathrooms are roomy with double sinks and a private toilet room. The kitchen/ living area is an open layout and is well lit with natural light from the large new, energy efficient, double pane windows. The kitchens come equipped with a stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. Each unit is entered into from an interior hallway and each entry door has a deadbolt, peephole, and a doorbell. Most units have been recently upgraded with ceramic tile in the kitchen areas, new carpet and paint.

For your convenience, we offer a flat rate utility package that includes water/sewer, trash, heat, air conditioning, electric and basic cable. This makes it easy for you to budget and we make sure the bills are paid! Vacuums are available to borrow in the main reception area.
